<< Who is/was Albert Fish? >>

possibly the worst serial killer in the 20th century. He enjoyed killing children and eating them. I would post links, but i'm at work. To add to his insanity, he was a big fan of spanking himself with a piece of wood that had old nails imbedded in it. His son caught him in the act. When he died, they found dozens of pins in his genitals and buttocks. This happened from 1920(i think) to 1932.

<< Talking about age differences, I'll add mine too.

My youngest brother is 12 years younger than me.
>>

I am 20 years older than my youngest brother and 15 years older than my sister. But pyonir wins ;)

<< BTW, I dont believe Albert Fish ever had sex with his victims, he gained his pleasure from the actual murder and mutilating the bodies. >>

and eating the flesh, then writing a letter to the mother of one of his victims explaining how he killed the kid, cut them up, ate them, and how it tasted.

hannibal's characters was based in large part after him. he also once wrote a letter to one of his victims' families, describing what he had done in excruciating detail.

<< i hat eto tell you, but the Fish kidnappings were JUST as big in the media. One of his victims was a cop's son, which drew TONS of attention. >>

I'm aware it was big, but today's media is much, much bigger than that in Fish's time.

<< What a fscked up world we live in. First the kiddie murder and now this...all in a matter of days. :| >>

Every time something like this is published in the news, people react that way.

I would dare say that as a race humanity has been this screwed up for a long time. The reason it's so obvious now is the rapid dissemination of news due to the internet, TV, newspapers, etc.

Albert Fish existed long before the advent of the Internet, & he was just as bad if not worse.

Yes exactly. Pillaging, raping village women, taking 13 year olds as wives, slaughtering entire races, slavery, subjecting 99% of the population to serfdom, etc.... it's not like we were better in the past.
