I'm guessing if you click on that coupon URL, are a new customer and make a purchase which fits into one of those requirements the web site will determine which discount is appropriate for your purchase. Unfortunately since I'm not a new customer I'm able to test this theory.

desk dimensions:
20 inches - Height for monitor from desk surface to bottom of top hutch (Dell 19" fits with 2" of clearance)
60 inches - overall length of desk
32 inches - depth of desk

Before ever considering a furniture purchase (esp a desk) it's a good idea to see it in person if that's an option. I like the work space this desk has to offer plus the closeable CPU cabinet in the lower left hand corner is nice and spacious with a small shelf above it (it'd probably fit an Antec 830). Overall it's a nice desk.

Then downside: You install.

The upside: There were these business cards everywhere for these guys who would come over and install everything for you, left them a message on their machine asking HOW MUCH do they charge? If it's under $30 then I'll probably do it.
