A survey has discovered that almost three-quarters of PlayStation 3 owners would happily swap a night of passion with their partner for time to try a newly released game.

The silly survey quizzed 1130 British blokes who own a PS3. If you?re wondering why Xbox 360 owners weren?t asked, it?s because the research was commissioned by a PS3-only price comparison website.

Of those respondents in relationships, 32 per cent said they would prefer to play videogames than sleep with their partner.

When asked why, many of them claimed their loved one was too "hard to please". Other guys simply said sex was ?not as much fun as a night playing videogames?.

If given £50, some 41 per cent of respondents said they?d use the cash to buy a videogame. ®

I've never played a PS3, (or a PS2 for that matter) but I gotta think that either they're doing something wrong with sex...or I GOTTA get a PS3...😀

Hmmm... after thinking about it... since I don't own a ps3, I think I'd give up sex for a day... or a week even, for a free one.

A month would definetly be pushing it.

Sure, now put a 19 year old Dallas cheerleader in front of their TV screens or brad pitt and see how fast that 75% drop the controller.

Horny needs a trigger. I don't go down the hallways at work and hump the nearest round object I'd see....though it would be pretty f'ing funny.

I'm in my 40's, a night of passion doesn't take up as much time as it use to, I can squeeze both activities into a single night.

Jeez.. Ive had a PS3 for three months now and I have barely used it for gaming. But then ive never really been into video games that much.
 
Not surprising. After you've had sex with the same person for a while, other things can become more interesting.
