the problem is that both almost same price, which one should i choose?
im going to use this graphic card to play F.E.A.R., Splinter Cell, Quake 4, Oblivion, WoW etc.

my processor is sempron 2600+ oced @ 2.0ghz.

Thanks.

I'd go with the DDR3 since the card can't really use 256MB to it's full potential.

Problem is there are no 256meg DDR3 7300GT cards available in the US. I have a Leadtek 7300GT DDR3 in a system using a A64 3500+ @ 2.5GHZ, 1.5Gig ram. The card is overclocked to 625MHz core and 1610MHz memory. Gets around 12,000 3DMark 03 and 72,000 in Aquamark 3. It's a good card for the money. Tiger has it for about $80 and Newegg for $84. I don't think you'll be unhappy with the card.
Regards
Bill

Edit: Newegg is up to $90 and it doesn't currently appear on Tiger's site

I would be far more concerned with that part of the post.

If you're going to play those games, you'd be better off buying a 7600GT for not much more $$

so if i get 7600GT, will my processor become bottleneck?

Hell no. Your cpu would be fine with somthing even better, like a 79xx.
