Umm drinking by yourself is bad and you shouldn't do it. Also, I can't really think of a situation where doing 2.5 hours worth of working out could be in any way beneficial. That is too much of a good thing. If you do it to burn calories than I would strongly suggest just eating less. Eating alot of calories and then burning them for no real reason produces harmfull effects to you body (free radical production along with overworked joints, not to mention accumulation of harmfull substances like cholesterol, trans-fats, and a million other things). If you look at people who live the longest it is people who eat as little as possible. Easting a ton and then excersizing is NOT good for you. Niether is drinking after you do it, that much work could easily dehydrate you, and alcohol will make it considerably worse.

So if i have a beer while watching baseball by myself thats bad?

not to mention 2.5 hours of working out depends on a lot of things. such as what he is doing and how often he works out. For pro althlets or such 2.5 hours a day is not alot. for the avarage person it is overkill.
