7-zip settings?

Hi,

What are the best 7-zip settings for every day compression and archiving of files (pics and .exes and stuff)? Yes I know those won't compress that well to begin with.

I'd prefer to use the gui and not the command line.

amdfanboy is correct. compress it as much as you can - the only limit is how long you're willing to wait for the files to compress.
