you're going to spend most of your time figuring out how to feed it data and at the correct rate:
Red x 6 Bits
Green x 6 Bits
Blue x 6 Bits

At least they're TTL 3.3-5V
 
So, how would do this? I don't even know what kind of connectors I would have to get. I wonder if I couldn't hook it up to some kind of small motherboard and make a computer that fits in a picture frame on a wall or something.
