How much money do you have to spend to make it that fast 😕

For my money, a 360 Modena with minor tweaking would give me the same level of satisfaction as owning a sub 8 second car...its just crazy to think how these draggers are just obsessed with one aspect of driving performance...
 
Show me a street legal supra that's that fast and i'll be impressed.

I've seen a 7 second celica. Granted it had a V8 twin turbo tundra engine in it, and was only called a celica do to the shape of the shell thrown on it and the frame, which is prob what this car is.
 
That isnt quite a supra. It is a fiberglass body shell that slightly resebles a supra on a racing chassies with a race engine, suspension and so on. That is like saying John Force's mustang is fast. Give me a break.

its not really a supra, its a tubbed funny car. You could get a 69 camaro body for the frame and have 69 muscle car.
 
I did not say it was not fast, i just thought it could hit the mid 6's.

edit: my bad, i just saw the video, i thought it was 0-60, but it was the 1/4 mile.

It is a Pro-Mod or Comp-Eliminator.

That's like saying Buddy Ingersoll's Buick Regal is way fast. (low 7's twin turbo V6)
