it looks like the rebates are offer exclusive to dell so if it's really back ordered, they should still honor it.

I was thinking about ordering but both cards were already backordered (I ordered the Kingston last week and it isn't supposed to be available until next week), plus the # of people ordering here and F@twallet x amount of cards ordered, I don't think it will ship until very close or past the rebate deadline. JMO
