A word of caution! If you are bumping heavily as I am, and concerned with your "user rating", you may want to disable the ratings option in your profile during recruiting. It is unfortunate that a few members out there don't appreciate the work we are doing trying to keep new members coming in and choose to direct this directly at members who are busy recruiting.

I skimmed through them..your answers looked fine..but my eyes are crossed because it's 1:20 am here :Q
