I left Morpheus open before I left this afternoon. With my ISP (cable since today), there is a 6GB/month download limit. Guess how much I downloaded in the hours I was gone this evening? 5GB! Grrr... Hopefully since it's the last day of the month they don't count it for next month. DAmn, I Can download the whole freaking month's worth of transfer in ONE DAY? That's not fair.

How did you manage to download 6gb?? At one MB per minute of music, that's 5120 minutes of music (85.3 hours)!!! Wow! 85 albums in one afternoon! Craziness!

Movies

And yes, they are movies I already own. I am just a lazy S.O.B, I don't have a TV/VCR in my room, and the TV sucks anyway. So don't call me a pirate (even though I might still be one..).

Anyway, basically left 10-15 massive files downloading and came back to a 5GB Morpheus folder (was 0 at first).

6GB/month is plenty enough for me. And another thing. I'm not even sure if they can track me with this modem. On top of that, I was supposed to give them a serial number for my modem which I did not do.

If I get billed for going over the limit, it'll suck, but at least I won't do that all the time. Once I've downloaded stuff I don't need to again.

Heh, I download around 3 700mb cd's a week. That makes it around 2.1gigs of crap I download off the internet each week. 4 weeks in a months, so that makes 8.4gigs of crap I download off the internet each week. Me thinks I have no download limit

Uhm, yes. We have a collection of movies on VHS tape, jackass. Because I don't want to watch them in the living room on the VCR and mega-crappy TV, makes me a pirate?

You must have a slow connection then. Nah, anyone could eat up this limit in a day, or half a day. I was downloading at slow speeds too. I just had several of em downloading at once.
