680i LT support 45nm quad-core for overclocking?

Was browsing the digital storm web site, they sell custom overclocking gaming rigs. Well, one of their configurations was this:
Base Specifications:
Overclocked Stable to 3.0GHz
FREE Windows 7 Upgrade
Processor: Intel Core2 Q9400
Memory: 4GB DDR2 800MHz
Motherboard: NVIDIA 680i LT
Graphics: NVIDIA GTS 250
Storage: 500GB 7200RPM

What caught my eye was the combination of a 45nm quad-core, and the 680i chipset. I thought that there was a widespread issue with those two not being compatible???

Btw, that config is on sale for $932.

Not that I was seriously considering buying one, I would much prefer to build my own. I was just price-checking what some places are charging for gaming rigs. Seems fairly price-competitive, on their "sale" price rigs. I've seen lesser gaming rigs on Craigslist that are asking for more money.
