680i and 45nm

Depends on the motherboard. Many of the Asus 680i boards had BIOS updates before the release of the 45nm CPUs. Abit finally released the update for their IN9-32X MAX last week to support the 45nm CPUs.

However, unless you already have a 680i motherboard, I don't think its a particularly good buy.
 
For the record almost all 680i boards have 45nm support, for the Wolfdales anyways, almost every NON-reference 680i can also support the Yorkfields.
