6800GT + shuttle = ???

hey im lookin for a nice SFF but im wondering if a BFG 6800GToc will fit in one. this is the one i am looking at: http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=56-101-450&depa=0
will it fit? will the powersupply be big enough/high enough quality?
