6800gt is over heating so bad

i cant take the plate off on the bfg 6800 gt oc. i tried blowing some stuff out, i think it made a little diff in the temps, but not huge...we shall see in a sec.
 
well, i got it to go 5 degrees less. it helped alot but the problem still persists, although i didnt get a shutdown. think i should just RMA it and get a new one? there is a lifetime warranty.
