6800 Video Processor Problems (Affect the PCI-E Version?)

According to the last post found here the rumor about the flawed 6800 video processor only affects the AGP card, and not the PCI-E card. I've been looking for confirmation on this rumor. Anyone know if it's an AGP-only problem?
