Does the 6800 Vanilla use GDDR1 or GDDR3? Need some help you ninnies

Damn, at newegg it is saying the Apollo uses ddr3, what is the average memory overclock for these cards, and is it worth the 100 dollars extra to get the 4 extra pipelines and gddr3?

i was only looking at the bfg line, maybe the apollo is different. and to me it was worth the hundred go from an nu to a gt.

i'm looking at the apollo 6800 card and it says ddr.

Hmm, the main proablem is, I need to build a system with a 6 series graphics card, 2600 mobile, nforce2, and 2-2-2-5 ram

can you link what you're looking at? the only apollo card i see that has gddr3 is the 6600gt.

I just did a search for GDDR3, I need to build this system for 1000 or less, with any decent case and power supply along with a dvd burner
