6800 GT or x800 PRO in an Antec Aria?

I'm planning to g et an Antec Aria SFF case..

I'll be having the following components:
DFI MATX K8M800 board
Athlon 64 3200+
2x512 MB PC3200 Mushkin Value Ram
1x160 GB Seagate HD
Audigy 2 ZS Sound Card
Hauppauge Win-TV Go TV Tuner

Video Card: Either a 6800 GT or x800 PRO. I realize that an x800 pro would consume less power, but if the 300 watt PSU on the aria could support a GT, I'd definitely opt for the GT. What do you guys think?

I have almost the exact same system:

Antec Aria
DFI K8M800 MB
Athlon 64 3400+
1GB RAM
Rapter 74GB
Maxtor 250GB
Audigy 2 ZS
GeForce 6800GT

Works great!

It's a quality Antec PSU, so I'd imagine you'd do fine as long as you don't have a ton of drives and you aren't heavily overclocking.

Think of the heat that comes with all that power consumption. PSUs become less capable of consistently hitting their ratings if they run too hot. This is only a suggestion, but you may want to consider a VGA exhaust fan right away, such as the Arctic Cooling VGA silencer. Think of it as a $30 insurance policy against overheating the PSU and the rest of the computer. Newegg link: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=35-186-120&DEPA=0

the antec PSU is definitely good. but note to everyone, the aria, i believe only uses a proprietary standard power supply. a regular one will not fit in the case

this combo will not fit in the aria case. i have the bfg 6800gt in an aria case and bought the arctic cooling cooler. it bumps higher than the video card and runs into the drive chasis. stock cooling or an aftermarket that doesnt extend past the width of the card is what is needed.
my 6800gt works great with the aria power supply as well, by the way.
good luck

What about a X800XL for the video card? They offer 6800GT performance, but they are priced at $300, if you go to a B&M store like CompUSA or Fry's. They can be had for $350 on the net though. ($300 at CompUSA.com, and $279 at CompUSABussiness.com.)
