Mine is oc'ing to 405/1100, no problems in any of my games so far, and the gpu temp barely changed after the OC.

how did you do this, I am going to CC in a couple days...

just take it to the customer service . as long as u have a microcenter in the area, they'll do it.

would the PM work if microcenter is 4 hours away (same state) :D

also, since this deal is good until the 16th, do you think they will restock befre then?

ya, that being said, Microcenter doesn't carry any PCI-E cards. if anyone is still looking for this I stopped by the Chicago store on Elston yesterday afternoon and they had 8-10 of every card left. btw, wth is a 6800 pro?

I did the following.

I went to microcenter and they had 2 Geforce 6800 Ultras and 1 X800XT open boxed.

I bought 1 6800 Ultra (after negotiating) for $351.56.

Here's how.

They had it marked USED at 439.99. I asked them to price match themselves and TAKE 20% off
that labeled Price :-D.

I got the x800 xt for $361.56.

:)

BIG THANKS to you my friend. I was about to shell about money for a 6800 ultra at the westmont location (cuz theyre out of gt's) until i read your post and drove all the way to the chicago store to pick up a gt. saved me over $100 and i'm plenty happy with how the gt performs.

I just installed my watercooling and yeah.....my 6800GT doesn't work now.

What do you guys recommend for around $350 ?? X800 or the 6800 GT/Ultra? I am going to use the waterblock again just with a different card. Whats the best deal right now? Help a poor idiot who needs a deal badly. :(

Unfortunately there are no MicroCenters in the southern RI area that I know of...This would be a great deal!

Keep in mind that even though the end date on this is 1/16, Micro Center typically expands the circular for another two weeks unless they're losing money.

Gahhh. I won't be able to make it to the one in Westbury, NY till next Saturday. Has anyone gone there and seen if any are X800 XTs left? Also, does the 20% off apply to a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Gamer's Edition as well?

The prices already have the 20% off included? Oh, damn. I thought that it would come out to around $84 with the 20% off which is a few bucks cheaper than what I'm paying for a ZS non-GE. That sucks. As for the X800, I guess I'll just stick with a ATi brand Pro I can get for $360.
