68 Pin CD-RW

I though Plextor made one, but I wasn't able to find it on their web site.

Your best bet would probably be to get a 50-68 pin adapter that will allow you to put a 50 pin drive off of a 68 pin cable.
 
There are no 68 pin CDRW drives. There is one 68 pin Plextor scsi cdrom drive, though. It's the Ultraplex 40X wide drive. The 50 pin version of the drive(Ultraplex 40x Max) outperforms the wide version. If you want to use a cdrw drive on a 68 pin cable you need to use a 50-68 pin adapter, like bockie said.
 
If you are using Hard drives with it just use the 50 pin ultra connector, you dont want to risk slowing the buss with a CDROM. Especially true with LVD.
