6700Ks getting better?

If is it 4.6 GHz stable, its average. Not bad. I did tests with CInebenchs R15. Try jump up with your voltage to 1.475V and try 4.7 GHz (and after 4.8 GHz) Cinebench. I think, it will be OK, so your CPU will be in average range

I haven't really tried higher because this seems sufficient for now.

Also, after taking that screenshot, I fixed my cache multiplier. It is 47 too now.

It's right there in the screenshot. Asus Z170-Deluxe. They haven't released one that supports it yet.
