If you listened to the argument, it sounded like the black guy started it. He basically told the white guy(sarcastically) about spit shining his shoes. The white guy sarcastically replied with how much it would cost to have him spit shine his shoes. Then the black guy pretty much plays the race card. Other black people egg him on to kick his ass. He tries, he fails, gets his ass kicked and ups his street cred with more threats while blood is spilling out of his nose. Epic fail if there ever is one.

Is it not the bus driver's responsibility to try and de-escalate the situation? I'm pretty sure the driver has the rights to kick both of them off the bus. I'm not saying pull the bus over immediately in traffic, but there was enough time for the driver to find a stop and handle the situation instead of just driving on, I'm just saying...

Uhh, no, it's not. The drive can order them off the bus but that's it. No bus driver working for $15/hour is going to in the middle of a fight, are you serious?
