I got a 6600GT sli rig hooked up to my bedroom TV (26 inch panny lcd). I can't get Fear to run in SLI mode. Basically locks up the system. Runs fine with single Gpu though. System is running in XP and can run all other games fine in SLI. I'm using forceware 160.02 and the Game has been patched to the latest. Anybody has suggestions? Is there a known bug or something?

Stay with the 94.24s for now until you get this sorted out. Are you experiencing any problems with SLI in other games? Because F.E.A.R. is the only PC game that runs the Jupiter EX version of the Lithtech engine, its possible your SLI problem may not be repeatable with other games, but I doubt it.

Is that game available for PCs?

Edit Never mind, I see that it is. It would be interesting if the OP could get hold of a copy of "Codenamed" and see if he had the same problem in SLI.

Ok, After some testing I confirmed it is now happening in all games I try to run SLI in. The rig never had this problem before. However the last time I stressed the cards was when I moved them into my C2D rig a few weeks back. I wanted to see if they'd handle STALKER alright in Vista, which they do using static lighting @720p. Stupid a$$ me used my Asus sli bridge on the evga board which slightly stetched it out. I was too lazy to open up the evga box to get the bridge out. Asus SLI briges are Ribbons versus other manufacturers being small pcb's. I removed the ribbon and SLi works fine. In fact with the ribbon Doom 3 will run but the screen looks like it has massive amounts of tearing. This also happens with 3dmark 03 and Oblivion, However FEAR just refuses to run using it. Looks like I Damaged my SLi bridge. Moral of the story, use the correct tools for the job.

Alright, this is really weird I moved the rig over to my 2407 and hooked it up Via analog and SLI works fine using the bridge...... I'm going to do a few more tests and get back in here
