6600 PCI Express.

There many 6600 PCI Express cards made by various manufacturer most of then go for about $110 - $130.

Is there any brand that sticks out in this price bracket?

you can buy XFx if you want dual dvi, but i highly recommend you dont even touch a XFX product.

BFG has a lifetime warranty which is always nice and a good QC record to boot.
Leadtek ahs better QC albeit no awesome warranty
EVGA has Better QC than BFG but not as good as leadtek but has a trade up program

Msi has a nice cooler for certain models
Gigabyte is good coolers generally(though idk if the 6600 gigabyte is reference or theie quiet cooling)

PNY is jsut barely better than xfx

$125 shipped and passively cooled 🙂
