heres my setup:

amd athlon 64 3200+ 939
asus a8v deluxe mobo
kingston 1gb ram
xfx geforce 6600 gt agp

my problem is that when in gameplay i only get around 30 fps. the video stress says my average is around 70fps. but ive read the reviews and benchmarks of my video card with a similiar setup running well over 100fps in video stress and gameplay. what's goin on here. ive downloaded the latest drivers, and tried the betas somethign with my config?

well wen i get speeds that low its when cool n quiet has mucked up n my cpu is running at 1000mhz, how ever i have a 6800gt and i play 12x10 2xQA and 16xAF

i think that possibly 12x10 with 4xaa and 8x af is pushing it for a 128bit memory interace.

also just check, u have updated all drivers for chipset and graphics card, driver cleaner perhaps if u had a ati card before? and yes if u enabled cool n quiet then maybe its messin up, to turn it off jus set power properties to always on instead of minimal

Check that you have the drivers for the mainboard installed.

You might run without proper AGP support and showel over the data by hand. It will run, but slower.
