Definatly wouldnt use the 71.20's if your playing any WoW. Installed them a few days ago and immediatly started noticing graphics problems. Especially noticeable when clicking or draging buttons to the hotbar. Also after a while text boxes get funny banding and symbols and is almost unplayable. I've just been to lazy to switch them back.

I find ATi drivers to be overall much better than Nvidia. Nvidia drivers numbering is anoying, you don't know what the hell you're installing. 66.93 work ok for me but I really miss Control Center and the way things are set up with ATi. ATi numbering also is very clear and you can see in the release notes what they have fixed or/and improoved.

Anyways still happy that I bought my Asus 6800GT.

Tyrant222, are you referring to the official nVIDIA 67.02\03 drivers, or something like the Xtreme G series tweaked drivers?

Same here.

The 67.66 are the newest drivers out there... they are official.

I personaly like the 71.20b Valence Studios Drivers.

I would also try 66.81, 66.93, 67.03.

Those are the best out there.

um.... 7x.xx's ALL (so far) have problems with CS:Source. de_aztec has white spots. Known issue. So, if you play HL2/CSS then I recommend the 67.66's. Very good drivers, good IQ.

71.20b VXG for me. So far, no complaints. IQ seems a sliver improved...nothing huge. I got no performance difference according to 3dmark, and I don't see anything appreciably different in game performance, but hey, slightly better image at no performance cost is ok with me.

Ditto. Haven't had any issues with the 66.93's. Currently trying out the 67.66's. Except for a miniscule dip in HL2 benchmarks, haven't had any issues with them either.

I thought the 66.93 was the latest. Where are you getting the 67.66? The Nvidia site shows the 66.93 as the latest.

I think I'm missing something here.

Ahh, Thanks.

Can't get the Nvidia decoder to work for me, maybe I'll try them.
