64MB PC133 only 2 bucks.Unlimit order

Actually- it is a limited order. The coupon is for new customers only, so one per account. But great deal!! I just did this a few hours ago over the phone (just to ensure the rebate). Great customer service.

does anyone know how long it takes for the rebate check to arrive? is equalfooting reliable when it comes to rebates? if they are reliable, then this would be a hot deal.

A phone call.... CSR said less then 4 weeks...

Why not use the money towards Smartmedia of flash memory that would be more valuable....

IS There a difference between Smart media 3.3V and Smart Media 5V??

3.3 V or 5V??

I just finished talking to the CSR online at equal footing and he (she) said the offer is now 50/100 and sorry for the inconvenience.
I gave the coupon code to the CSR and they wouldn't or aren't taking it.

Yes there is a big difference, notably one won't work with the other. I forgot the specifics though, lemme search up on it...okay got it. 3.3V is the more common one and 5V is the older one. 5V only goes up to 8MB and 3.3V goes up to 64MB

Well, the coupon still works on the net, at least as far as I know since I haven't generated any errors from them yet.

This is a sweet deal for RAM. Seems high quality too, CL2 at PC133 is sweet.

I would be wary of using the old offer on the net. On gotapex deals it said that the offer ($50 off of $50) was pulled.

Wow- they must have JUST pulled it then, because I did the deal at around 2:00 pm PST, and the CSR guaranteed the $50 off $50 and everything. She even gave me her name and extension # just in case I ran into a problem.

What worrys me is that even after putting the coupon there was nothing indicating about the rebate. Did you guys get anything telling about the coupon on the confirmation?

What I did was order the SDRAM and under comments I put that I'm only purchasing this SDRAM under the belief that I will get $50 back from signing up and becoming a new member. I have printed out their $50 off of $50 webpage advertisement, so if they don't come through with the rebate, then I will just have them talk to my credit card company. The only thing that worries me is that it will take 4-6 weeks for the rebate, which means paying interested on the SDRAM for a month or two, but I won't pay it off until I get my rebate. Any thoughts on my approach? Should I just call and cancel the order, or does it sound like I'm safe?

DoubleN - the only problem i see with that is the rebate is offered from EF and you are purchasing from the other company (can't remember the name) so your order is sent to them and not EF, so i don't think that will work!

to risky i am not gona take the chance,

If you get it you got a great deal but if you don't get the rebate than you paid way too much for the ram! not worth the risk

i actually used my $25 off $50 offer from the battery pricing error they had last time, if anyone else received that offer from last time, tomorrow is the last chance to use it.

I would like to order two 64mb sticks for 103 - 50 rebate. Does sound risky but 128 pc133 cas 2 for 53$ shipped is a good deal

This RAM comes from Lamart International Bus. Services.
Not much info about it...
Lamart
Have to read through a long list of memory,
Manufacturer is Lamart 64MBSDRAMPC133 64MB; MEMORY COMPATIBLE; SDRAM; PC-133; 8X64-75 OEM; 4*16 (8C) $41.50
Bought 2 the long way..
went to yahoo, searched equal footing, clicked thru their banner ad, registered and got the 50 off 100 code.
Hope it works..🙂

Double N

On that printout... can you scan it and post it just in case others may need that? tks If I had found this thread before I ordered.. I would not have.. sounds 50/50 on this whole deal right now after reading the postings.

I ordered one RAM and put in the coupon code, seems to have worked fine. I'm going to call them after it's shipped to verify that I'll get my check, though.

Does anybody know if they carry the 64 mb memory cards for a Nomad II?
I can't remember what kind of memory they require.
