64MB GeForce2 MX?

I have been shopping for a new video card in an affordable price range and I've decided to go with an nVidia GeForce2 MX. I am seeing mostly 32MB varieties, but have recently been finding many versions with 64MB RAM. I was wondering how much difference the extra 32MB would make in performance. I run a Duron 650 on an ABIT KT7 m/b with 256MB. I currently have an nVidia TNT2 32MB and am just looking for some added performance when running Unreal, Q3 Arena, and DK2 in higher resolutions.

The 64MB cards are based around the Geforce2 MX400 chipset, which is the original Geforce2 MX with an upped core speed of 200MHZ and and additional 32MB of RAM in most cases. You won't see a huge difference in performance between the two, but since the cost difference is marginal, I would opt for the faster card w/more RAM.

The Visiontek ones are pretty swank. I have a Duron 600@933 on a KT7E. I upgraded from a tnt2 ultra and it's made a ton of difference.

I don't think doubling the memory will necessarily help. All the research I've got points out that the card is a stripped down GTS and is very memory bandwidth limited. Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm not sure how just doubling the onboad memory will fix this problem. Wouldn't the core speed have to be increased as well?
