Googlegear has the 64MB Ti4200 OTES for $129.50 shipped. That seems to be a $20-30 price drop from the previous price. Seems pretty hot to me! Picked one up this morning.

too bad its only got 64mb of ram.

Just my 2 cents but this huge thing isnt necessary to overclock a geforce 3 gpu to its limits. A much smaller heatsink can do that.
 
I spent 5 bucks more, got a MSI with a VIVO break out box from avlogic. Newegg also has it for the same price but not when I bought it 🙂
 
What I find humorous is that companies peddle thesse kind of fan solutions for video cards , but only majors like dell and maybe gateway offer similar systems for processors. You'd think someone would work on a simple cheap ducted heatsink for processors too.
 
A word of warning for those with sensitive ears. This card is loud as hell ! A friend of mine recently bought this and had to return it after a week of use since he could bear the noise !
