64GB mSD: Large writes hang now

This SD has been fine since I bought it a few months ago, but now it's started hanging/stopping midway through large file transfers. It also fails when I attempt zero-out reformats. But it reformats fine under a normal quick-reformat, is recognized by multiple OSes and passes disk checks.

Any idea what could be causing this?
