64 bit question

I am using vista 64bit but when I install a program like warcraft 3 or some other game it install in x86 obviously. does that mean it won't be able to utilize the 8 gigs of ram?

The advantage of 64 bit here, aside from everything else that has been said on every single "64 vs 32bit" thread here is this.

Your OS can now access more than 4GB RAM. So, in the case of your system, the OS now has an 8GB pool to play with. Most programs won't go beyond a certain amount (2GB sticks out in my head for some reason), so with this, you can have 3 really serious programs going at once, and the OS will still have enough RAM for its own uses.

I may have left out some stuff, and whatnot but I am pretty sure that is how it is.
