Im 21 and set to graduate in the next 2 months. I dont have a job lined up, tho I have two prospective companies interested in me.
 
After so publically declaring your intention not to pay taxes, and thus probably upgrading your exposure from the civil penalties/negligence level to criminal/intentional fraud, I'd suggest that the best investment for the FULL $25K is cash under your mattress, where Uncle Sam and your state won't find it, or better still, prepay a PORTION of the legal bills you will be encountering.

Yeah, you do realize that Anandtech has your IP and thus a pathetically easy way to get your name right? I know that the mods have little patience for criminal activity reported on AT and I wouldn't be surprised if they'd call IRS on it.
 
Well as long as you feel that your financial status is relatively secure, then I would definitely suggest some long term mutual funds. I don't have any specific funds to recommend off hand, but they're easy enough to find if you do some research online.
