GeForce 6600 beats out the PCX5750 in most cases. The GeForce 6200 only has a slight edge over it though.
Cards tested:
Card Chip Memory DX Generation Chipclock Memoryclock Buswidth P-Pipes
GeForce 6200 NV43 128MB DX 9.0c 300 550 128-bit 4
GeForce 6600 NV43 128MB DX 9.0c 300 550 128-bit 8
GeForce PCX 5750 NV36 128MB DX 9 425 550 128-bit 4
GeForce PCX 5900 NV35 128MB DX 9 375 700 256-bit 8
In HL2 though, the PCX5750 is actually beating the 6200 in most cases. I know you weren't talking about the 6600 but consider the following links:
pcie 6600: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-122-202&depa=0
agp 6600: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-145-112&depa=0
The pcie card is really a bargain for what you get versus the 6200. And the PCIe version of 6200 is completely neutered with TurboCache (yuck  )

the pcx 5750 probably beats 6200 in HL2 because the 5750 runs Directx8.1
while the 6200 runs 9.0C which is harder

the 5750 runs dx9 though right?
also keep in mind the 6600 crushes the 5750 in 3dmark05, which means it'll definitely run new games better.
