Are you downloading from the same user? Because Remotely Queued means that the other guy has reached his upload limit.

Here downloads are just fine and dandy ...
 
Not this particular problem but morpheus could really use a lot of work on their software. Its the one I use but I have many complaints :|

Silly boy, goto your options and then change downloads limit to like 29 or something!
