There is no need to remove the partitions and start over. You just need to repartition non-destructively. There are a couple of programs that you can use to do this. You can buy Partition Magic or Partition Commander (which will cost $50-70). You can use Ranish Partition Manager: http://ranish.com/part/ which is free, but harder to use then either of the above. You could also download a linux CD such as Knoppix: http://knoppix.com/ and use parted (not any easier to use then Ranish) or QTParted (graphical, and easier to use) and expand the partitions.
