A8 - 3820
8 gbs of SD ram
HD 7870
1tb WD green (scraping)
and a secondary 500GB hdd for recording too.
Xfx pro 550W (made by sea sonic)
and a nice cooler master midtower to forget which model
That good enough?

You can actually reuse the 8GB you already have in your A8 PC if you want to cut costs even further.

AMD option: FX-8320 + Asrock board

Tack on another $40 to get the same board but with an FX-8350. I'd just stick with the 4570k combo linked above, though.

I heard sata III dose not let me use the full capacity/speed, on another site is this true?

Link?

There will never be limitations like that. You might run into slower "speeds" if you plug it in to an SATA/SATA II port, but it'll never inherently prevent you from using the full (formatted) capacity nor throttle read/write speeds.

The ports on both the Intel and AMD motherboards that Ray recommended match the drive, so there will be no slowdowns due to interface mismatches.

I think you're probably confusing SATA III with SATA 3.0 Gbps. Either way it won't be an issue.

Glad you like it!

Regarding the fan, I have no idea based on just the picture. Can you link the product page?

Either way ill be need a couple more for the case so i thought why not save, though if you think its a bad idea/the fan wont fit or is not a good idea and can recommend a fairly cheap alternative It would help thanks : P
