Far be it from me to tell you how to run your marriage, but let me share with you a story:
Moved the fiancee to FL this summer for internship, and bought her a tv so she could watch netflix and OTA programming. She, being a tightwad, was going to go without for the year she was there. I told her it could be the bedroom tv when we re-combined stuff. She finally said ok, as long as I didn't get her anything bigger than 32". I went out and bought a 42", told her it was a 37", and she (as I suspected) was initially upset but then agreed that the extra five inches was ok
Problem solved.
Women tell me they always appreciate the extra inches! :biggrin:
