At my school Seniors did a flash mob thing between classes. All at once between bells the senoirs started dancing wherever they were. Nobody was late for class but the admin went nuts. Just short of school lockdown.

admin should have shot them, the flash mob thing is fing stupid

I disagree. I think kids should do all the stupid stuff while young. You have a better chance of getting an adult that is not going to do stupid things that much.

Does anybody have pic of the stupid bitch principal? $10 says she's a fat cow.

Suspension and stupid principal aside... what kind of a lame prank was that? Riding bikes to school?

The senior class two classes before mine drew a giant dick on the roof of one of the school buildings. Didn't get noticed until a news chopper flew overhead and shot it for the news. That was good.

Exactly...when you get the Police and The Mayor involved it is a sanctioned city event.

Damn. Not only am I from Walker Michigan, but I went to high school at Kenowa Hills. 😛

Gone down hill, apparently. :/

As a note, the senior prank when I was a Sophomore there the cutting down of a memorial tree planted in the school courtyard. Yeah, people got rightly suspended for that.

I guess this year's prank was to mess with the principal and get her fired

...officer...felt that the public safety issues were being satisfied."

Ok, she was taken by surprise and retaliated. But if she's smart she'll withdraw the suspensions. A little self-deprecating fun would help her recover.

Suspicion confirmed.

Stupid bitches come in every variation of form.

Believe me, I know. I was remarking on her anti-cycling bias. If this manatee ever jogged or biked on the streets then she probably wouldn't assume that "traffic flow" was more important than pedestrian or bike safety. I'm sure she just lives her life sitting at home, sitting at work, and sitting whenever she travels anywhere.

Everyone talks about entitled bicyclists like people feeling entitled is somehow unique to some groups. Drivers are just as likely to feel overly entitled as bicyclists, and this stupid bitch is definitely an entitled driver.

My response to "They took over a lane of traffic!" is pretty simple. It's "Fuck you."

I thought our schools were supposed to help empower teens to become adults, to take on the responsibilities of being productive members of society? At 18 you can vote, be drafted into the military to fight and die for your country, etc.

Why would a high school principal tell graduating seniors that ridding a bike to school, with a police and mayoral escort no less, is putting themselves in "extreme danger?" This was nothing but a pissing match between a principal and her student body. She needs to understand that she only holds her position at the discretion of the parents and students she serves. Schools should try to inspire and empower students, not just control them.

I can hear her speech at graduation now... "We want you to go on to do great things for humanity, just don't ride your bike to school without permission."
