Sorry for the repost, but earlier post didn't have any personal experience. Just received my 60 prints and was impressed. I uploaded and paid $1.99 shipping and they were all "real photos" total process from upload to receipt in Hawaii was 5 days. Cost per print was $.04 This deal is only for 4x6 prints unfortunately....new email or address=new account ...sorry if this reprint gets crapped on, but it worked out well for me, and I think its a pretty Killer Deal for my family....Linky

Be prepared to sign up immediately when you click, or go on a cookie hunt. If you click it, don't sign up and come back you won't see the free print deal anymore. I signed up awhile ago, have yet to upload any photos but also have yet to receive any spam from them.

I must have 300+ prints from the various freebie deals in the past few months, so hop on as you only have $1.99 to lose and 60 prints to gain.

I would be interested in anyone's impression in the quality of the prints they received. I like Shutterfly the best, but many have said they like Ofoto as well. Please post if you have received photos back from Dotphoto.

I don't care if it is a repost, it seems like a good deal but the link you posted looks like it's a search engine. What's the name of the business. Thanks.

I have had photos printed by Ofoto, Shutterfly and Dotphoto as well. I would rate Ofoto as the best and then dotphoto and then Shutterfly. The photo paper used by Shutterfly is very close to the printer paper available everywhere. Ofoto is very close to the 'real' thing. IMHO, of course!

I've seen the ofoto prints as well, they look very high quality. They use real photo paper to do the prints on. I've worked in a photolab before, so I'm pretty sure they're not the cheap stuff. Even on a 1 megapix digicam the prints come out great!

KICK BUTT. I've always been a big fan of Shutterfly and Ofoto, think this will be the first time I try dotPHOTO...

it didnt work out too well for, since most of my pictures were low res. i uploaded various resolutions but shutterfly keeps on telling me all my pictures are low res.

Shoot your pics in the highest resolution posible. The upload rate is fairly quick at all of these sights so I think you will be ok. If your pictures still look poor, perhaps it may be worth your time to get a higher res cam.

PeeLuckyDucky,
I agree. I have been able to impress a few of my friends with the 'prints' from Ofoto. Enough to make them go out and buy a digital camera! BTW, I have a DC4800.

The prints from ofoto came back very nice. I took them with my Sony DSC S75. Anyone get their photos back yet from dotphoto?

Thanks

I got in on that Ofoto/HP deal that I have to complete this month. I never used a web developer before. I must say I was very impressed. I uploaded about 10 pics of differing file size and source, so I was able to get a good read on it. Everything went so well and I was so impressed that I wrote the company a letter. I'm a believer.
Now I can used my HP215 (ya know that deal at CompUSA with printer) to take pics when I'm out cycling. Love it!
