I was wondering if anyone's designed a cylindrical-shaped adapter? All the adapters I've seen so far, including the one being sold in the FS/FT forum, use a rectangular shape. But, looking at the white intake cover for my pal6035, it's got a circular opening. Would the air turbulence be reduced, if you created a cylindrical adapter that had a 60mm circular opening at one end and an 80mm at the other? Plus, you wouldn't have things like screws or edges in the air pathway.
