If you use the same pink sludge that MCD puts in their burgers, then yeah, you can.

damn that was a good 2 Big Macs I just had.

Sad about the little girl. I'm inclined to say don't have kids if you're in poverty. If you don't want your kids to suffer like you do, do not have any. Please.

I'm going to go way out on a limb and guess that many Pakistani women don't get a lot of say in their reproductive choices.

you are a ignorant dick as well.

Life happens. For all you know the dude was making $100k before having kids, got laid off, etc. Shit happens.

Doesn't matter. Dude had his head on straight and was going to sacrifice to treat his kids. A+ in my book no matter what.

Yeah mental problems can happen, too. Sucks when that shit ruins your life.

Been shopping lately?

Real food is often more expensive than fast food now days.

You couldn't even make your own burger for 99 cents.

i bought a pack of like 16 big ass chicken drumsticks at shoppers food warehouse the other day for under $5. that could EASILY feed those kids and the dad, probably for 2 meals.

If the story is true, it is very sad. Kill someone before they were begging?

I did visit several developing countries around the world and the poverty is saddening.

The poor folks in the US that whine and bitch need to go there and have some eye opening experience.

I'm more than happy to help people who help themselves or demonstrate the ability to make the right choices.

Same here, I don't mind to help others that are trying, not the ones that whine and bitch and blame others or pull the race card for self inflicted problems.

This happened in Pakistan:

http://blogs.tribune.com.pk/story/17101/a-six-year-old-burnt-alive-for-asking-for-food/

Her name was Kalsoom, a beggar child; little did she know that begging for food could be as fatal as starving to death.

Her empty stomach forced her to spread her tiny palms in front of a waiter who was looking after the food at this ceremony. The waiter asked her to leave several times but her bloated belly got the best of her and she continued to beg for some mere leftovers. Annoyed at her constant pestering, the furious waiter plunged her into boiling water. The poor soul could not sustain the wounds of a merciless waiter and that marked the end of her life.

What the fuck is with this stupid dramatisation?

One part in particular pisses me off about this person's writing:

"The day she died she was just six-years-old; I can count that on my finger tips."

I can count the number of years anyone has lived on my fingertips.

At least not all their writing is so shit.

Fuck that. Hope the waiter gets what's coming.

While stopping by a Burger King a while ago for a quick bite, I sat down waiting for my order. A man and two kids comes in, and he doesn't have enough for the order so he takes his off and only orders the kids something. The man was going to go hungry so the kids could eat. This act of selflessness caused me to step up and tell them to get whatever they wanted.

Need a happy counter story to cancel out the bullshit OP posted.

This.

The story deserves better, not some dramatized editorial. This is what passes for journalism these days, and it's disgusting.

Terrible, but considering this is Pakistan it's business as usual. Since that happened there's probably over 100 people that have died in various explosions.

Things like this happen everyday across the globe. Even if an entire classroom of children is tortured, and brutally killed, the world goes on without so much as a second thought.

True...

But shoot up ONE mall, and you'd think it was the end of the freaking world or something... :sneaky:
