I took Week 5 off for a break while I went to Disney World. I wish my shoulder felt better all of the time, but this is going to be normal for at least another 3 months.

Most of my lifts are for a full 5 reps, 4-5 sets on all major exercises, 3 on lesser ones.

Some of my wieghts, all but Squats and the cable exercises are done with dumbbells.

Bench Press 80lbs

Bent Rows 100lbs

Pullovers 95lbs

seated rows 200lbs

pullups 80lbs negative weight, lat pulldowns for 160lbs

Squats 225lbs

Stiff-legged Deads 195lbs

curls 40lbs
