Looked around today for houses. WTF is the deal with three sided brick homes? Make the 4th one brick you cheap bastard. Going again to look this weekend. Mort age is going to be a 5 Year ARM at 5 1/8th rate. After that I will refinance the rest or pay it off. Depends. BTW, Vic is the man!
