So much I have had to do... drove 500+ miles, been getting tax info, mortage stuff, looking at houses, etc. Just got a new full time job with lots of overtime doing Internet Tech support for 9.00hr plus benefits. Expecting to work 48-54 hours a week and have to get mortage stuff finished soon. I am putting down 50 to 100k on a house and financing the rest... hopefully going to get at good deal. Going to look at 15 houses tommorrow. I am so dead right now. I had to drive in a freaking tropical storm today up 1-59 to get info from my parent's(taxes and other crap). Just paid all my CC's off, so now the only liabilities I have are a car loan and a soon to be mortage. New job is going to be ok, because my boss is a 10+ She is the hottest piece of ass ever. I realize this post makes very little sense, but I am so tired that I am falling asleep at the keyboard. Flame away and the spelling and grammar if you must.

Houses I am considering. Going to look at 15 of them tommorrow.

Gotta meet with the mortage guy at 10:00 AM and Realtor at 3PM. Going to bed now.

Those houses are friggin beautiful for sub 200k. Try paying 3/4 of a mill to a million for some of those on Long Island, NY

I went on an overclocking spree during a 48-hour no-sleep period. I ended up unlocking the wrong bridges on my Athlon XP - glad I didn't fry it ; I was using non-conductive stuff to join the bridges :p

Here's the garbage you can get by my town for only 720k(I use the term garbage, because some of the houses Milennium is looking at for 200k look a hell of a lot better then this)

I have learned that I make stupid mistakes when I am tired. Now I always try to get enough sleep no matter what.

I thought you were going to say you just brought your newborn home. :) You'll look back on these days and realize they were nothing in comparison to months on end without sleeping through the night.

Wow thats rough - you need a job like mine. I generally show up about 20 minutes late, and just like in office space, yes I use the side elevator so I don't go by my bosses office. During my 10 0'clock break the guy that I work with, but is my only real supervisor goes downstairs to hit on this fat girl he likes. He is down there for a good 45-50 minutes, I just turn my chair around and doze off untill he gets back, if the boss comes in, it looks like I am working on the computer, and if he notices my red eyes, my alergies are already documented. Then at lunch I generally leave about an hour before he does, that way I get back just as he is taking off for lunch, he is generally gone for about 1.25-1.5 hours during which I catch a nice siesta. Following that, I spend the rest of the afternoon waking up, going for a stroll at my 3 o'clock break. Just so long as you have an "understanding" with anyone in a position to foil such activities, you are all good :)

True, but Manhasset is certainly more expensive than a lot of areas.

Ah, yes. The beauty of Alabama real estate, where brick is cheap and land is plentiful.

Unfortunately, my family got to see none of that during our short stint in the Heart of Dixie. We lived in Mountain Brook.

An example
Or this...WOW
OMG, this is ALABAMA?!

Luckily, my family rented. Although buying a house there is my dream.

I go down Cherokee Rd almost every week. Nothing but massive Mansions on it. Some are 20+ million.
