Well , this is depressing. Just when you thought it was safe to be in your own apartment .....

What is going on with these kids. Is it a lack of parenting or just a general breakdown in society? When they are that far gone what do you do with them? Throwing them in juvenile detention probably wouldn't help.
 
Oh My God!!! I guess I would be charged with child abuse......My UC Bearcats are in Pittsburgh right now!! You little monsters leave them alone until they win the National Championship!!
 
yikes...pretty damn depressing at how society is degenerating in some areas. i feel sorry for people who are forced to live amongst such worthless human beings.

I think that our society needs to look at ways of holding the parents accountable for the children's behavior.

Not everything, of course. Well raised kids to stupid things and make stupid choices as well. Parents can't make every decision for their kids. But there's gotta be some way to balance the two cases and hold parents responsible for negligent parenting.

With our screwed up system I'm surprised the two women arent being charged w/ assault. Sad story here, wonder whats going to happen to them (the children)..

Yeah, well you heard what the 16 year old they interviewed said. People living nearby have dubbed the place "Green Ghettos", rather than "Green Meadows"
 
Yup, this is the reason they make thoes huge apartment complexes.
Keep em away from the rest of society that can handle themselves, and their responsibilities.

I was attacked by a young (but tll and quite obese) boy in the women's restroom at a local theater. He was VERY SORRY. :| I have no doubt he will rape dozens of women in his lifetime. In my case, he just got a hard kick in the face and the crap scared out of him. Then everyone was like, well "he's just a boy", even though he sexually assaaulted me and weighed at least 140 lbs.
