The CoolerMaster XDream HAC-V81 (fry's #3580004) is pretty nice for $9.99. It's a combo aluminum/copper heatsink with 80mm externally speed controled fan (31-63 cfm) (3200rpm-5000rpm).

I wonder if this is on sale in San Diego. My sister in law is out there right now. That would be a nice present to bring back. ;)

It is in the Dallas paper! It will be a 400 mile drive (R/T) for me! But, what a deal even with the gas!! I have three of the older k7s5a and they work great!

I got my $10 back this morning also. No problems doing that. This combo works very well. I had no issues putting it together and it came up the first time. Very happy with it and your can not beat that price! Great deal!

This is a great deal but a word of warning: I got one of these a few weeks ago at the Fry's in Wilsonville, OR. The 2000+ was a TbredA of a VERY old stepping date (0232, IIRC) that had little to no overclocking potential.

Otherwise, go for it. :)

This is a hot deal, I have purchased 12 of these combos, starting with the 1700+ except for having to change out the battery on a few of the first one's they have been solid motherboards. Not a great OC board, but for the money you can't complain..

I was wondering the same thing... anyone?
That's correct. You have to buy the HSF separately. Still a good deal.

Frys can be a little expensive when it comes to heatsinks. It might be a good idea to find one on-line, where you can get a much better quality heatsink/fan for the same or less $$.

I got in on two of these deals... the HSF is separate at $11.99 for a regular aluminum coolermaster HSF. Its not very good, but it'll suffice for now... atleast until I buy another HSF, then I can return it :)

and those who are in or near burbank they still have crap loads more... I stood in line and a saw 20 people get this deal, then I saw their inventory of about 100 boards.

Good luck,

Rig

I picked a 2 last time on Fry's Anniversary sales (May 16) for $69.99 along with the Hac-V81 HSF for $9.99. Not a bad HSF for $9.99, very quiet when the fan speed was turned to the lowest. Run Software Burn_in 3 Days straight at the lowest fan speed setting w/o any problem. Anyway, I went back today and got $20 back with this Pricematch and brought myself another combo.
