Been doing 5x5 for a month now, but only 2x/week.

everytime my triceps hurt the next day, but not my biceps.

My triceps are very well developed now, but my biceps dont seem to be getting bigger.

Am i doing something wrong, or is this a product of 5x5?

What? This is most likely not a result of the 5x5, but of natural abilities for each of your muscle groups. This is your body responding to resistance, not specifically responding differently for different muscles. Soreness isn't an indicator or development or improvement so don't use that. Add weight to your pullups if you're really THAT worried about your biceps.

Soreness isn't a measure of exercise success. Weight on the bar or additional reps are a measure of success. Both your pressing and pulling numbers steadily increasing? If so, keep on going. Also, different body parts are going to grow at different rates. Your triceps could be lagging in relative strenght/size to your biceps and are therefore gaining size faster. It'll even out.

If you're unhappy with bicep development, then add a few sets at the end of your workouts. As long as it doesn't get in the way of the other lifts it's not going to harm anything (especially since you're only doing it 2x a week) and may help.
