5VSB = ~5.45?

if you are reading it from a software monitor, it could be completely off... the only way to truely know if it is right is a multimeter.

It is concerning enough to measure it manually. Transistors don't get along with high voltage very well.
 
I plugged in another P/S and it gave me similar ratings. Since, my sata seems DOA (or at least not being detected by the bios), I will have to wait until I get a replacement drive to see if it's affecting my system performance. Don't have a multimeter 🙁
