5v power connectors

Does any one know where to get replacement pins and connectors for the small 5v plug on a power supply? Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you mean the std. drive connector or the small, floppy drive connector? I think you can get either at Jameco or Digikey and sometimes at allelectronics.

there is no 5v plug on the power supply. it's a 4 pin 12+5 vdc connector.

how many do you need? and do you have a crimper?

search for "molex" - the type of pin\housing combo you want is "female" which are the ones found on the power supplies.

Thanks for the offer cheapgoose, but I hacked up an old PS and soldered on a new connector. BTW...I was look for the small floppy connectors. Thanks for all the replies..

or you could have purchased a splitter.

Right Mday,
. A splitter would have been the better option. I'll have to write myself a note to order one the next time I'm getting something else. Always good to have such things on hand.

nah...I'm pretty handy with the soldering iron.
