5900 cooling question

I'm taking a video card from my water cooled system and putting it into an air cooled rig. Thing is, I dumped the old air cooler somewhere so I need a new one.

I'm looking at getting this:

NV silencer 3

What I have is this:

MSI GeForce FX5900SP

Will the cooler I'm looking at work on my card? Its an SP not an XT. I think it will, but I'm not sure.
